The third book of "Portraits", the collaborative series by Claudio Pogo, Magdalena Wysocka and Jörg Michel of POLA Berlin, Studio for Landscape Architecture, which translates the feel of a landscape into book form. Marked 1:8 on its linen cover, Portrait #3 is a book of dark black-and-white photographs of trees at night: trunks, bark, ivy and bare branches, and pale angular forms lit against the darkness, with black spreads alternating with blank pages and a gold ribbon marker.
