Fiebre
Fiebre Photobook is a Madrid festival, online platform and community for photobooks, presented as the first festival in Spain specialised in the photography book. It grew out of the Blank Paper Escuela and was created to connect independent and established publishers, emerging and established authors, and professionals such as curators and editors, around a BookMarket open to publishers of every size, with presentations, workshops, exhibitions, portfolio reviews and talks. It is organised with La Casa Encendida. Its Dummy Award turns the winning dummy into a book co-edited with Dalpine, and a membership scheme sends each year's book to its collectors, so a few titles in the archive are its own productions.
