For more than twenty years the photographer Alexey Myakishev documented the lives of Orthodox pilgrims during the Velikoretsky Cross Procession in the Kirov region. Seen from inside, through his images, the procession becomes a way of watching time change not only the faces of the pilgrims but the landscape that surrounds them.
