Landscape photographs are pushed past the flat page: several pages and the cover itself have been individually cut, folded, torn, and painted by the artist, so that no two copies read quite the same way. Cliffs, canyons, and rock formations are physically broken and rejoined on the page, collapsing the distance between the photographed monument and the printed object that carries its image.
